BUFFY ON A BIKE
Jun. 5th, 2009 07:36 pmHeh. I was proofing an article about a drug bust, and the writer meant to say "peddling heroin." Instead, it came out "pedaling heroine." Which would be Buffy on a mountain bike, or something like that.
That could perhaps be the new copy-editor expletive/oath: "Buffy on a bike!"
OK, I've been here too long.
Words: Recently finished Benighted by Kit Whitfield, of whom I first become aware due to the Skacktivist blog where she comments regularly and I comment once every three or five months or so. Fascinating concept; a mostly fine execution of same.
State O'Mind: Buffy on a bike!
