FKO ADDENDUM

At one point Saturday, Randy Hoffman and I were in an elevator with a woman and her son, unaffiliated with the convention. Seeing our badges, she asked what the convention was for, and we told her it was for filk, the music of science fiction and fantasy fandom.

"Oh," she said, a look of recognition and comprehension crossing her face. "Like John Williams!"

Well, not quite. (Smile.)

Current mood: Amused.
